What is the lead time?

Current lead times are 4-6 weeks plus shipping time.

Do you accept returns on unused paper?

Returns are not accepted unless paper is flawed or received damaged. Please check our Terms page for details.

If I order less than I need can I order more and will it match?

Please order more than you need and carefully check the repeat size. There may be slight variations between print runs. Please consult your installer when calculating required quantities.

Can I install this wallpaper myself?

Working with a professional installer is key to a successful installation, so we strongly recommend you have your wallpaper professionally installed.

Can you print on Commercial Type II Vinyl?

Yes, we absolutely can. Let us know your project requirements and we will work with you to get you what you need.

Do you have a trade program?

We love working with designers and design partners in the trade and offer discounts on our products. Please contact us HERE to get started.

For the Horizon design, can I order a panel longer than 10’?

Yes, we can create a custom quote for any size.

Can you develop custom designs?

Yes, we would be happy to discuss your custom project. Note that custom designs will involve a development fee and minimum order. Please email us with the details - we'd love to work with you.

Do you offer international shipping?

For orders outside of the US, please email us with your details and we can provide a shipping quote.
